De edele metaal aerogel synthese methode hier resultaten gepresenteerd in de snelle vorming van poreus, hoge oppervlakte monolieten die vergelijkbaar met langzamere synthese technieken zijn. De 1:1 (v/v) metaalion oplossing voor de verhouding van reductiemiddel oplossing is kritisch bij het vergemakkelijken van het voorgestelde gel vorming model. Een breed scala van energieopslag en conversie, katalyse en sensor toepassingen profiteren van driedimensionale metallic nanostructuren waarmee controle over chemische reactiviteit en massatransport eigenschappen1,2, 3,4,5. Deze 3-dimensionale metalen nanostructuren verder verbeteren geleidbaarheid, vervormbaarheid en buigbaarheid sterkte8,9. Integratie in apparaten vereist dat materialen worden vrijstaand of gecombineerd met ondersteunend materiaal. Opneming van nanomaterialen op ondersteunende structuren biedt de mogelijkheid tot het minimaliseren van actieve materiaal in dezelfde, maar kan lijden aan zwakke adsorptie en uiteindelijke agglomeratie tijdens apparaat bewerking10,11.
Hoewel er een verscheidenheid van synthesemethoden om te controleren van individuele nanoparticle grootte en vorm, inschakelen verschillende manieren controle over aaneengesloten 3-dimensionale nanomaterialen12,13,14. Edele metaal 3-dimensionale nanostructuren zijn gevormd door dithiol koppeling van monodispers nanodeeltjes, sol-gel vorming nanoparticle samenvoeging, composietmaterialen, nanosphere kettingen en biotemplating15,16 , 17 , 18. veel van deze benaderingen vereisen synthese keer over de volgorde van dagen tot weken opleveren van de gewenste materialen. Edele metaal nanofoams gesynthetiseerd uit de directe vermindering van voorloper zoutoplossingen zijn opgesteld, met een snellere synthese tijdschaal en korte afstand volgorde van honderden van micrometers in lengte, maar vereisen mechanische aangedrongen op integratie van het apparaat 19 , 20.
Eerst gemeld door Kistler, verzorgt aerogels een standaardroute die synthese te bereiken van poreuze structuren met hoge specifieke oppervlaktes die ordes van grootte minder dicht dan hun bulk materiële tegenhangers21,22,23 . Uitbreiding van de 3-dimensionale structuren aan de lengte van de macroscopische schaal van stortgoederen biedt een voordeel ten opzichte van nanoparticle aggregaten of nanofoams waarvoor ondersteunend materiaal of machinale verwerking. Terwijl aerogels verzorgt een standaardroute die synthese om porositeit en functie deeltjesgrootte, echter te controleren uitgebreid synthese tijden, en in sommige gevallen het gebruik van de aftopping van agenten of linker moleculen, verhogingen algemene verwerking stappen en tijd.
Hier is een methode voor het synthetiseren van goud, palladium en platinum aerogels via een snelle, directe oplossingsgerichte vermindering24gepresenteerd. Het combineren van verschillende voorloper edele metaal ionen met reductoren in een 1:1 (v/v) verhouding resulteert in de vorming van metalen gels binnen enkele seconden tot minuten ten opzichte van veel langer synthese tijden voor andere technieken zoals sol-gel. Het gebruik van een microcentrifuge buis of klein volume conische buis maakt gebruik van de krachtige waterstof gas evolutie als een bijproduct van de vermindering van de stap vergemakkelijken van een voorgestelde nucleatie, groei, verdichting, fusion, evenwichtsinstelling model voor de vorming van de gel. Een nauwe correlatie in aerogel nanostructuur functie maten wordt bepaald met scanning elektronen microscopie beeldanalyse, X-ray diffractometry stikstof gas adsorptie, elektrochemische impedantie spectroscopie en cyclische voltammetrie. Het oplosmiddel toegankelijk specifieke oppervlakte wordt bepaald met zowel elektrochemische impedantie spectroscopie en cyclische voltammetrie. Deze synthese methode voor edele metaal aerogels toont aan dat hoge specifieke oppervlakte monolieten kunnen worden bereikt met een vermindering van de snelle en directe aanpak.

a rapid synthesis method for au, pd, and pt aerogels via direct solution-based reduction

Hier wordt een methode voor het synthetiseren van goud, palladium en platinum aerogels via een snelle, directe oplossing gebaseerde verlaging gepresenteerd. De combinatie van verschillende voorloper edele metaal ionen met reductoren in een verhouding 1:1 (v/v), resulteert in de vorming van metalen gels binnen enkele seconden tot minuten ten opzichte van veel langer synthese tijden voor andere technieken zoals sol-gel. Uitvoeren van de vermindering van de stap in een microcentrifuge vergemakkelijkt buis of klein volume conische buis een voorgestelde nucleatie, groei, verdichting, fusion, evenwichtsinstelling model voor gel vorming, met definitieve gel geometrie kleiner is dan het volume van de eerste reactie. Deze methode maakt gebruik van de krachtige waterstof gas evolutie als een bijproduct van de vermindering van de stap, en als gevolg van reagens concentraties. Het oplosmiddel toegankelijk specifieke oppervlakte wordt bepaald met zowel elektrochemische impedantie spectroscopie en cyclische voltammetrie. Na het spoelen en drogen bevriezen, wordt de resulterende aerogel structuur met scanning elektronen microscopie, diffractometry van de X-ray en stikstof gas adsorptie onderzocht. De synthese methode en karakterisering technieken leiden tot een nauwe correspondentie van aerogel ligament maten. Deze synthese methode voor edele metaal aerogels toont aan dat hoge specifieke oppervlakte monolieten kunnen worden bereikt met een vermindering van de snelle en directe aanpak.

De toevoeging van metaal ion en reducerende agent oplossingen samen resulteert in oplossingen onmiddellijk draaien een donkere zwarte kleur met krachtige gas evolutie.
