Solche 3-dimensionale metallischen Nanostrukturen weiter verbessern, Leitfähigkeit, Duktilität und Verformbarkeit Stärke8,9. Integration in Geräte erfordert, dass Materialien freistehend oder in Kombination mit unterstützenden Materialien sein. Hier ist eine Methode, Gold, Palladium und Platin Aerogelen über eine schnelle und direkte Lösung-Reduktion zu synthetisieren24vorgestellt. Kombinieren verschiedene Vorläufer-Edelmetall-Ionen mit Reduktionsmitteln in einem 1:1 im Vergleich (V/V)-Verhältnis führt zur Bildung von Metall Gele innerhalb von Sekunden bis Minuten zu viel länger Synthese für andere Techniken wie Sol-Gel. Die Verwendung eines Microcentrifuge Schlauch oder kleinvolumige konischem Rohr nutzt das kräftig Gas Wasserstoffentwicklung als Nebenprodukt der Erleichterung einer vorgeschlagenen Keimbildung, Wachstum, Verdichtung, Fusion, Gleichgewichtherstellung Modell zur Gelbildung Reduktionsschritt. Eine enge Korrelation in Aerogel Nanostruktur Strukturgrößen richtet sich mit Scan-Elektronen-Mikroskopie-Bildanalyse, x-ray mineralanteile Stickstoff Gas Adsorption, elektrochemische Impedanz Spektroskopie und zyklischer Voltammetrie. Die Lösungsmittel zugänglich spezifische Oberfläche wird mit elektrochemische Impedanz Spektroskopie und zyklischer Voltammetrie bestimmt. a rapid synthesis method for au, pd, and pt aerogels via direct solution-based reduction

Hier ist eine Methode, Gold, Palladium und Platin Aerogelen über eine schnelle und direkte Lösung-Reduktion zu synthetisieren präsentiert. Die Kombination von verschiedenen Vorläufer-Edelmetall-Ionen mit Reduktionsmitteln in einem Verhältnis 1:1 (V/V) bei der Bildung von Metall Gele innerhalb von Sekunden bis Minuten im Vergleich zu viel länger Synthese für andere Techniken wie Sol-Gel. Durchführung der Reduktionsschritt in einem Microcentrifuge erleichtert die Röhre oder kleinvolumige konischem Rohr eine vorgeschlagene Keimbildung, Wachstum, Verdichtung, Fusion, Gleichgewichtherstellung Modell zur Gelbildung mit endgültigen Gel Geometrie kleiner als die ursprünglichen Reaktionsvolumen. Diese Methode nutzt das kräftig Gas Wasserstoffentwicklung als Nebenprodukt der die Reduktionsschritt und als Folge Reagenz Konzentrationen. Die Lösungsmittel zugänglich spezifische Oberfläche wird mit elektrochemische Impedanz Spektroskopie und zyklischer Voltammetrie bestimmt. Nach dem Spülen und Gefriertrocknung wird die resultierende Aerogel-Struktur mit scanning Electron Microscopy, Röntgen mineralanteile und Stickstoff Gas Adsorption untersucht. Methode und Charakterisierung Synthesetechniken führen eine enge Übereinstimmung von Aerogel Ligament Größen. Diese Synthese-Methode für Edelmetall-Aerogele demonstriert, dass hohen spezifischen Oberfläche, den Monolithen mit einem schnellen und direkten Ansatz erreicht werden können.
