小児と成人の難聴の有病率はそれぞれ約19.5%1%と15.2%2である。 しかし、異常聴力スクリーニングを受けた全新生児の約39.3%は、疾病管理センター3の報告に従って修復治療を受けていない。難聴は広く研究されている状態であり、げっ歯類は正常な聴覚および聴覚関連障害を研究するための堅牢なモデルである4,5,6,7,8,9 ,10,11,12,13,14,15.導電性難聴(CHL)などの聴覚障害は、聴覚皮質4における短期シナプスうつ病の増加につながり、周波数変調検出閾値に関連するより浅い心理測定勾配をもたらす5.マレウスの外科的除去/変位による導電性難聴モデル、鼓膜(TM)穿刺または耳栓が容易に採用され、難聴モデル5、14の迅速な誘導を可能にする,15,16,17,18.本プロトコルおよび方法の目的は、げっ歯類で簡単で再現性の高いCHLモデルを実証することです。
