1. 灌注和腔内铸造

a volumetric method for quantification of cerebral vasospasm in a murine model of subarachnoid hemorrhage

3维颅内血管树的虚拟重建

蛛网膜下腔出血小鼠脑血管痉挛的定量研究
为量化脑血管痉挛, (i) 预定义代表3.5 毫米血管段的体积, 由1毫米颈内动脉 (ICA) 和左侧2.5 毫米 MCA 组成, (ii) 在2个解剖上定义的点 (左和右 MCA) 的血管直径确定在脑标本从蛛网膜下腔和假操作的动物 (n = 5)。与假相比, 在蛛网膜下腔的血管容积明显降低 (36 4 nl vs 71 @ 9 nl, p < 0.05)。与假相比, 蛛网膜下腔血管直径较低 (左 MCA: 140 @ 11 µm vs 160 @ 10 µm, p = 0.11; 右 MCA: 130 @ 16 µm vs 158 @ 13 µm, p < 0.05; 见图 3), 而意义水平只达到分析是正确的 MCA。
