1. 净化准备

</ol>2. IMAC 对 Polyhistidine 标记目标的纯化

</ol>3. 用 Fe2 +重组靶蛋白
<ol><li>添加 Fe2 + 注: 非血红素铁 (II) 结合酶, 如 l-多巴酶在本例中, 需要一个 Fe2 +离子的活动;但是, 铁 (II) 容易氧化成铁 (III), 这是不活跃的, 和蛋白质的一部分, 没有任何铁净化。<ol>

	<li>凝胶过滤<ol>
