内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術 (ESD)、内視鏡的粘膜切除術 (EMR) は、早期消化管癌1,2のため現在一般的な治療法です。粘膜下注入材料 (SIM) を粘膜下層に注入は、EMR と ESD の両方の手順2,3の最も重要な手順の 1 つです。粘膜下標高の高い粘膜の高度の維持は、EMR ・ ESD を安全に実施するための重要な基準。
