Svin magen brukes for den nye modellen skal lagres i en fryser umiddelbart etter eksisjon, og brukes i noen måneder etter frysing, siden holde svin magen er avgjørende for SEH måling. Både endoskopisk submucosal disseksjon (ESD) og endoskopisk mucosal resection (EPJ) er nå felles behandlinger for tidlig stadium gastrointestinal kreft1,2. Injisere en submucosal injeksjon materiale (SIM) i submucosa er en av de viktigste trinnene for både EPJ og ESD prosedyrer2,3. Høy submucosal høyde og vedlikehold av submucosal høyde er viktige kriterier for trygt gjennomføre EPJ/ESD.
Selv om normal saline (NS) har blitt brukt som et SIM siden endoskopisk behandling4,5, natrium mengden (HA) ble introdusert som en behandling i de senere år6,7. HA ble mye brukt i endoscopic behandling som en overlegen SIM på grunn av dens høy ytelse8,9,10,11. Foreløpig en ytelse sammenligning mellom eksisterende SIMs ble utført, og høy ytelse SIMs ble utviklet for å identifisere en overlegen SIM5,12,13,14, 15,16,17,18.
Ex vivo modellen med en svin magen prøven er brukt til å evaluere SIM ytelse, fordi estimering av SIM ytelse i den menneskelige mage-tarmkanalen er svært vanskelig19,20,21 , 22. men konvensjonelle ex vivo modellen er svært enkel, og den har rom for forbedring. Gjenskape et miljø nærmere til den menneskelige mage mucosa gjør nøyaktig vurdering av SIM.
I vår forrige undersøkelse utviklet vi en ny ex vivo modell som kan brukes til å evaluere ytelsen til forskjellige SIMs i detalj ved å bruke konstant spenning prøvens ender. Vi har også bekreftet at den foreslåtte nye ex vivo modellen, gir nøyaktig hun måling under ensartede betingelser og en detaljert sammenligning av forestillinger av ulike typer SIMs23.
I denne studien, presenterer vi et komplett utseende av ex vivo og detaljert oppsett metodikken av ex vivo er forklart i detalj ved hjelp av videoer og tall. Den nye ex vivo modellen består av deler som er lett tilgjengelig og kan lett konfigureres. Beskrivelser av detaljert oppsett metodikk vil bidra til spredning av den nye modellen.

Øker yteevnen til submucosal brukerutstyr (SIMs) er viktig for endoskopisk behandling av tidlig gastrointestinal kreft. SEH ble målt over tid i ny ex vivo modell eller konvensjonelle ex vivo modell. Verdiene av SEH (NS) målt ved hjelp av konvensjonelle modellen [NS ble injisert i submucosa av prøven fast med pinner (0.0 N)] var 5.7 mm (0 min), 3,6 mm (5 min), 3.0 mm (10 min), og 2,2 mm (30 minutter). Denne metoden kan bidra til å svare på viktige spørsmål innen biomedisinsk felt om medisinsk spørsmål av interesse. Den største fordelen med denne teknikken er at ytelsen til ulike submucosale injeksjonssaker kan evakueres mer nøyaktig enn å være konvensjonelle metoder. Begynn med å kutte seks med seks centimeter firkanter fra den øvre tredje delen av svinemen og umiddelbart lagre prøvene ved minus 30 grader Celsius.Hvis du vil konfigurere trekkraftenheten, kobler du en klips i rustfritt stål til en nøkkeltråd og en S-formet krok, og kobler nøkkelledningen og kroken til en vekt.
