Det er avgjørende å bruke cross-linking metoden introdusert av Helen et al. 14 å utvikle en frittstående membran. Polyvinylacetat ble brukt som base polymer i denne studien, inntraff samling av H3PW12O40 , slik at dannelsen av frittstående membranen. Men når fabrikasjon av membranen forsøkte utnytte Nafion som base polymer, var det ingen progresjon av reaksjon med Ce3 + og Co2 +, selv om utarbeidelse av frittstående membranen ...

Utvikling av solenergi konvertering systemer bruker kunstig fotosyntese eller solceller er nødvendig å aktivere levering av alternative energikilder som kan forbedre globale klima og energi spørsmål1,2, 3,4. Foto-funksjonelle materialer kan grovt deles inn i to grupper, halvleder-baserte systemer og organisk molekyl-baserte systemer. Selv om mange annet system typer har blitt utviklet, må forbedringer fortsatt gjøres fordi semiconductor systemer lider presis kostnad overføre kontroll ikke og organisk molekyl systemer tilstrekkelig robust med hensyn til Foto-bestråling. Men kan bruk av uorganiske molekyler som kostnad overføring enhet komponenter forbedre disse respektive saker. For eksempel utviklet Frei et al. oxo-bro metall systemer podet på overflaten av mesoporous silisium som kan indusere metall mot metall kostnad overføring (MMCT) av foto-bestråling og utløse fotokjemisk Redoks-reaksjoner,5, 6 , 7 , 8 , 9.
Vår gruppe utvidet enkelt Atom systemet en polynuclear system bruker polyoxometalate (POM) som elektron acceptor10,11,12, med en forventning om at bruk av polynuclear ville være fordelaktig i induksjon og kontroll av flere elektron overføring reaksjon, som er et viktig begrep i energi-konvertering. I protokoll beskrevet her, presenterer vi detaljerte metoden som brukes til å klargjøre POM-baserte MMCT systemet, som arbeider i en polymer matrise som vi nylig rapportert13. Membranen-type konfigurasjonen er gunstig for produktet skille mellom anodic og Katodisk reaksjon produkter. Metoden cross-linking ble brukt, som aktivert dannelsen av en frittstående membran, selv med høy POM innholdet. Photoelectrochemical målinger viste at passende utvalg av donor metallet er nøkkelen til utløsende målet. POM/donor metall systemet fungerer som en foto-sensitiverende å aktivere multi elektron overføring katalysatorer under synlig lys bestråling. Selv om dette arbeidet bruker MnOx som en multi elektron overføring katalysator for vann oksidasjon reaksjonen, gjelder denne foto-funksjonelt system også for bruk med andre typer reaksjoner ved å benytte ulike POMs donor metaller og katalysatorer.

Dette dokumentet presenterer en metode for å forberede kostnad-transfer chromophores med polyoxotungstate (PW12O403 -), overgang metall ioner (Ce3 + eller Co2 +) og organisk polymerer, med sikte på Foto-aktivering oksygen utvikling mangan oksid katalysatorer, som er viktige komponenter i kunstig fotosyntese. Cross-linking teknikken ble brukt for å få en frittstående membran med en høy PW12O403 - innhold. Innlemmelse og struktur oppbevaring av PW12O403 - innenfor polymer matrise ble bekreftet av FT-IR og mikro-Raman spektroskopi og optiske kjennetegn ble undersøkt av UV-Vis spektroskopi, som åpenbart vellykket utførelse av metall til metall kostnad overføring (MMCT). Etter deponering av MnOx oksygen utvikling katalysatorer, bekreftet photocurrent mål under synlig lys bestråling sekvensiell gratis overføring, Mn → MMCT enhet → elektrode og photocurrent intensiteten var i samsvar med av redoks potensialet av donor metall (Ce eller Co). Denne metoden gir en ny strategi for å forberede integrerte systemer som involverer katalysatorer og Foton absorpsjon deler for bruk med foto-funksjonelle materialer.

Oppbevaring av POM strukturen i polymer matrix ble bekreftet av FT-IR og mikro-Raman spektroskopi (figur 1). vibrasjon topper tilsvarer Keggin oppbygning POM ble observert, og topper polymerer ble funnet å bli flyttet på grunn av hydrogen bonding med POM.
