לימודי שינויים דינמיים בתרגום חלבונים דורשים שיטות מיוחדות. כאן נבחנו שינויים בחלבונים מסונתז לאחרונה, בתגובה איסכמיה, פגיעה reperfusion באמצעות הלב העכבר perfused מבודדים בשילוב עם polysome פרופיל. כדי להבין עוד יותר את השינויים הדינמיים בתרגום חלבונים, אנחנו מאופיין mRNAs זה היו מפוצצות ריבוזומים cytosolic (polyribosomes או polysomes) וגם התאושש polysomes מיטוכונדריאלי ו לעומת התפלגות mRNA וחלבון ב יעילות גבוהה שברים (מצורף mRNA הריבוזומים רבים), נמוך-יעילות (פחות ריבוזומים מצורף) אשר כללה גם את polysomes מיטוכונדריאלי, השברים ללא תרגום. miRNAs ניתן גם לשייך mRNAs זה מתורגם, ובכך להפחית את היעילות של תרגום, שבדקנו את חלוקת miRNAs לאורך השברים. ההתפלגות של mRNAs, miRNAs חלבונים נבדק בתנאים perfused הבזליים, בקצה של 30 דקות של איסכמיה זרימה לא גלובלי, ואחרי 30 דקות של פגיעה reperfusion. כאן אנו מציגים את שיטות השתמשו כדי לבצע ניתוח זה — בפרט, הגישה אופטימיזציה של חלבון החילוץ של מעבר הצבע סוכרוז, כמו זה לא תואר קודם — ולספק תוצאות נציג.
