ردا على غزو العوامل الممرضة، حرر العَدلات العَدلات الفخاخ خارج الخلية (شبكات)، وشبكات خارج الخلية للحمض النووي مزينة هيستونيس والبروتينات المضادة للميكروبات. الإفراط في تشكيل الصافي (نيتسيس) والإفراج عن citH3 خلال الانتان يرتبط بالخلل في الجهاز ووفيات في الفئران والبشر متعددة ولكن آثارها في الكلاب غير معروفة. وهنا، يصف لنا تقنية لعزل الكلاب العَدلات من الدم كله للمراقبة والقياس الكمي نيتوسيس. يتم فصل البلازما الغنية بالكريات البيض، التي تم إنشاؤها بواسطة الترسب ديكستران، وسائل الإعلام فصل التدرج الكثافة المتاحة تجارياً وجمعت المحببة لخلية العد واختبار جدوى. لمراقبة نيتسيس في الوقت الحقيقي في العَدلات الحية، الخلية بيرمينت والبقع إيمبيرمينت الحمض النووي الفلورسنت خلية تضاف إلى العَدلات المنشط أما بواسطة lipopolysaccharide (LPS) أو phorbol 12-ميريستاتي 13-خلات (سلطة النقد الفلسطينية). التغييرات في مورفولوجيا النووية وتشكيل صافي لاحظها مجهرية الأسفار على مر الزمن. في المختبر كذلك يتميز نيتوسيس co-كولوكاليزاتيون خالية من خلايا الحمض النووي (كفدنا)، ميلوبيروكسيداسي (الخطة الرئيسية للعمليات) وهيستون سيتروليناتيد H3 (citH3) باستخدام بروتوكول تعديل مزدوج-إيمونولابيلينج. وكمياً موضوعيا تشكيل الصافية والتعبير citH3 باستخدام مجهر الأسفار، الشباك citH3-إيجابية الخلايا كمياً بشكل أعمى باستخدام البرمجيات المتاحة. هذا الأسلوب مقايسة محددة لتقييم القدرات في المختبر من العَدلات الكلاب البوليسية للخضوع نيتسيس.
