है जिसमें न्यूक्लियोसाइड पोजिशन 36 से 38 पर टुकड़े युक्त ट्रिपल एडेनोसाइन शामिल नहीं है, जिसमें यह सुझाव दिया गया है कि न्यूक्लियोसाइड पोजिशन 36 से 38 अनुक्रम और संरचना में मॉड5 के लिए विट्रो गतिविधि के लिए ट्रिपल एडेनोसाइन की आवश्यकता नहीं हो सकती है। एक बार इस तकनीक में महारत हासिल होने के बाद अगर इसे ठीक से किया जाए तो दो, चार से छह घंटे का दिन लगेगा ।अच्छी तरह से इस प्रक्रिया का प्रयास यह बनाए
