Derfor, en masse oprydning processer ved hjælp af forskellige uorganiske og organiske adsorbenter er blevet undersøgt for at fange radioaktive iodines i vandigt affald7,8,9,10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20. selv om omfattende bestræbelser har været afsat til udvikling af avancerede adsorbent systemer, etablering af en dekontaminering metode viser tilfredsstillende forestillinger under kontinuerlig i flow tilstand var meget begrænset. For nylig, vi rapporterede en roman afsaltning proces viser god fjernelse effektivitet, ion-selektivitet, bæredygtighed og genbrugelighed ved hjælp af hybrid nano-komposit materiale lavet af guld nanopartikel (AuNPs)21,22 , 23. blandt dem, guld nanopartikel indstøbte celluloseacetat membraner (Au-CAM) lettes højeffektive afsaltning af Iodid-ioner under et kontinuerlig flow system sammenlignet med de eksisterende absorberende materiale. Derudover kunne hele proceduren være færdig i en kort tid, som var en anden fordel for behandlingen af nukleart affald genereret fra efter brug i medicinske og industrielle anvendelser. Det overordnede mål for dette manuskript er at give en trinvis protokol for forberedelse af Au-CAM24. Vi viser også en hurtig og bekvem filtrering proces for ion-selektiv indfangning af radioaktivt jod ved hjælp af konstruerede komposit membraner. Den detaljerede protokollen i denne betænkning vil tilbyde en nyttig anvendelse af nanomaterialer i forskning inden for Miljøvidenskab.

an efficient method for selective desalination of radioactive iodine anions by using gold nanoparticles-embedded membrane filter

Her viser vi en detaljeret protokol for forberedelse af nanomaterialer indstøbte komposit membraner og dens anvendelse på effektiv og ion-selektiv fjernelse af radioaktive iodines. Ved hjælp af citrat-stabiliseret guld nanopartikler (gennemsnitlig diameter: 13 nm) og celluloseacetat membraner, guld nanopartikel indstøbte celluloseacetat membraner (Au-CAM) har uden sammenligning været fabrikeret. Nano-adsorbenter på Au-CAM var meget stabil i høj koncentration af uorganiske salte og organiske molekyler. Iodid-ioner i vandig opløsning kan hurtigt blive fanget af denne manipuleret membran. Gennem en filtrering proces ved hjælp af en Au-CAM indeholdende filterenhed, fremragende fjernelse effektivitet (> 99%) samt ion-selektiv afsaltning resultat blev opnået i løbet af kort tid. Derudover leveret Au-CAM god genbrugelighed uden betydelige fald i sine forestillinger. Disse resultater foreslog, at den nuværende teknologi ved hjælp af konstruerede hybrid membran vil være en lovende proces for storstilet dekontaminering af radioaktivt jod fra flydende affald.

Vi har demonstreret enkle metoder til fremstilling af Au-CAM ved hjælp af citrat-stabiliseret AuNPs og celluloseacetat membran (figur 1en). Overfladen af Au-CAM blev observeret af SEM, som viste, at nanomaterialer blev indarbejdet stabilt på cellulose-nanofibers (figur 2).
