Seit mehreren Jahrzehnten ist riesige Menge radioaktiver flüssiger Abfälle von medizinischen Instituten, Forschungseinrichtungen und Kernreaktoren erzeugt worden. Diese Schadstoffe wurden oft eine spürbare Gefahr für Umwelt und menschliche Gesundheit1,2,3. Radioaktives Jod ist vor allem, als eines der gefährlichsten Elemente aus Atomkraftwerk Unfälle anerkannt. Z. B. ökologischer Bericht über die Fukushima und Tschernobyl Kernreaktor gezeigt, dass die Menge des radioaktiven Iodines einschließlich 131veröffentlicht ich (t1/2 = 8,02 Tage) und 129ich (t1/2 = 15,7 Millionen Jahren) für die Umwelt war größer als die anderen Radionuklide4,5. Die Exposition von diesen Radioisotope führte insbesondere hohe Aufnahme und Anreicherung im menschlichen Schilddrüse6. Darüber hinaus können freigesetzten radioaktiven Iodines starken Verschmutzung des Bodens, Meerwasser und Grundwasser aufgrund ihrer hohen Löslichkeit in Wasser verursachen. Daher haben viele Sanierung Prozesse mit verschiedenen anorganischen und organischen Adsorbentien untersucht worden, um radioaktive Iodines wässrige Abfälle7,8,9,10 zu erfassen , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20. Obwohl umfangreiche Anstrengungen für die Entwicklung von fortschrittlichen Adsorbens Systemen gewidmet worden, die Einrichtung einer Dekontamination Methode zeigt zufriedenstellende Leistungen unter kontinuierliche in-Flow-Zustand war sehr begrenzt. Vor kurzem berichteten wir eine neuartige Entsalzungsprozess zeigt gute Entfernung Effizienz, Ion-Selektivität, Nachhaltigkeit und Wiederverwendbarkeit mit Hybrid Nano-Komposit-Materialien aus gold-Nanopartikel (AuNPs)21,22 , 23. darunter, gold-Nanopartikel eingebettet-Cellulose-Acetat Membranen (Au-CAM) erleichtert hocheffiziente Entsalzung von Iodid-Ionen unter einem kontinuierlichen Fluss-System im Vergleich zu den bestehenden Adsorbens Materialien. Darüber hinaus konnte die ganze Prozedur in kurzer Zeit fertig gestellt werden, was ein weiterer Vorteil für die Behandlung von nuklearen Abfällen aus Post-Einsatz in medizinischen und industriellen Anwendungen generiert wurde. Das übergeordnete Ziel dieses Manuskriptes ist eine Schritt für Schritt-Protokoll für die Vorbereitung der Au-CAM24zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir zeigen auch eine schnelle und bequeme Filtration für IONENSELEKTIVE Aufnahme von radioaktivem Jod mit veränderten Kompositmembranen. Das ausführliche Protokoll in diesem Bericht wird eine nützliche Anwendung von Nanomaterialien im Forschungsbereich environmental Science anbieten.

an efficient method for selective desalination of radioactive iodine anions by using gold nanoparticles-embedded membrane filter

Hier zeigen wir ein Detail-Protokoll für die Herstellung von Nanomaterialien eingebettet Kompositmembranen und seine Anwendung auf eine effiziente und IONENSELEKTIVE Entfernung der radioaktiven Iodines. Durch die Verwendung von Citrat-stabilisierten gold-Nanopartikel (mittlerer Durchmesser: 13 nm) und Cellulose-Acetat Membranen, Gold-Nanopartikel eingebettet Celluloseacetat Membranen (Au-CAM) haben leicht hergestellt. Die Nano-Adsorbentien Au-CAM waren sehr stabil in Anwesenheit von hohen Konzentration von anorganischen Salzen und organischen Molekülen. Die Iodid-Ionen in wässrigen Lösungen konnte schnell durch diese technische Membran erfasst werden. Durch eine Filtration mit Au-CAM mit Filtereinheit, exzellente Entfernung Effizienz (> 99 %) sowie als IONENSELEKTIVE Entsalzung Ergebnis in kurzer Zeit erreicht wurde. Darüber hinaus versehen Au-CAM gute Wiederverwendbarkeit ohne signifikante Abnahme ihrer Leistungen. Diese Ergebnisse vorgeschlagen, dass die heutige Technologie mit veränderter Hybrid-Membran ein vielversprechender Prozess zur großflächigen Dekontamination von radioaktivem Jod aus flüssigen Abfällen werden.

Wir haben einfache Methoden für die Herstellung von Au-CAM mit Citrat-stabilisierten AuNPs und Cellulose-Acetat Membran (Abbildung 1(eine) gezeigt.
