I flere tiår, har stor mengde radioaktivt flytende avfall blitt generert av medisinske institusjoner, forskningsfasiliteter og atomreaktorer. Disse forurensningene har ofte vært en følbar trussel for miljøet og menneskers helse1,2,3. Spesielt, er radioaktivt jod anerkjent som en av de mest farlige elementene fra kjernefysiske anlegg ulykker. For eksempel et miljømessig rapportere om Fukushima og Chernobyl kjernefysiske reaktoren vist at mengden utgitt radioaktivt iodines inkludert 131jeg (t1/2 = 8.02 dager) og 129jeg (t1/2 = 15.7 millioner år) til miljøet var større enn de andre Radionuklider4,5. Derfor mye Utbedring prosesser bruker ulike uorganiske og organisk adsorbents er gransket for å fange radioaktivt iodines i vandig avfall7,8,9,10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 , 19 , 20. selv om omfattende innsats har vært viet for utvikling av avanserte adsorbent systemer, etablering av et dekontaminering metoden viser tilfredsstillende forestillinger under kontinuerlig i flyt tilstand var svært begrenset. Nylig rapportert vi en roman desalinering prosess viser god renseeffekt, ion-selektivitet, bærekraft og reusability ved hjelp av hybrid nano-kompositt materialer laget av gull hydrogenion (AuNPs)21,22 , 23. blant dem, gull hydrogenion-embedded celluloseacetat membraner (Au-CAM) tilrettelagt høyeffektive desalinering iodide ioner under en kontinuerlig-flow-systemet sammenlignet med de eksisterende adsorbent materialer. Videre kan hele prosedyren være ferdig på kort tid, som var en annen fordel for behandling av kjernefysisk avfall fra etter bruk i medisinske og industrielle applikasjoner. Det overordnede målet med dette manuskriptet er å gi en trinnvis protokoll for utarbeidelse av Au-CAM24. Vi viser også en rask og praktisk filtrering prosessen for ion-selektiv fange av radioaktivt jod bruker utviklet sammensatt membraner. Detaljert protokollen i denne rapporten vil tilby et nyttig program av nanomaterialer innen forskning miljølære.

an efficient method for selective desalination of radioactive iodine anions by using gold nanoparticles-embedded membrane filter

Her viser vi en detalj protokoll for utarbeidelse av nanomaterialer-embedded sammensatt membraner og dens anvendelse til effektiv og ion-selektiv fjerning av radioaktivt iodines. Ved hjelp av citrate-stabilisert gull nanopartikler (gjennomsnittlig diameter: 13 nm) og celluloseacetat membraner, gull hydrogenion-embedded celluloseacetat membraner (Au-CAM) har lett fabrikkert. Nano-adsorbents på Au-CAM var svært stabile i nærvær av høy konsentrasjon av uorganiske salter og organiske molekyler. Iodide ioner i vandige løsninger kan raskt hentes av dette utviklet membran. Gjennom en filtrering bruker en Au-CAM som inneholder filter enhet, utmerket renseeffekt (> 99%) så vel som ion-selektiv desalinering resultatet ble oppnådd på kort tid. Videre, gitt Au-CAM god reusability uten betydelig reduksjon av sine forestillinger. Disse resultatene antydet at dagens teknologi bruker utviklet hybrid membranen blir en lovende prosess for store dekontaminering av radioaktivt jod fra flytende avfall.

Vi har vist enkle metoder for fabrikasjon av Au-CAM bruker citrate-stabilisert AuNPs og celluloseacetat membran (figur 1en). Overflaten av Au-CAM ble observert av SEM som viste at nanomaterialer ble innlemmet stabilt på cellulose nanofibers (figur 2).
