Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för att utveckla det datoriserade adaptiv testsystemet för en funktionell bedömning av stroke (CAT-FAS). KATT-FAS kan samtidigt bedöma fyra funktioner (två motoriska funktioner [övre och nedre extremiteter], postural kontroll och grundläggande dagliga aktiviteter) med tillräcklig tillförlitlighet och administrativ effektivitet.
