Бланко et al. показали, что молекулярные пробирного очень чувствительна, не только жизнеспособные сальмонеллы в культурах, но и для частичного геномов и мертвых или неэффективных бактерий от прошлых инфекции или загрязнение26. Таким образом следует разработать новые технологии.
Здесь мы описали новый метод сочетает NAAT на основе метода и культивирования. Как показано на рисунке 1, этот новый метод применяется в реальном масштабе времени PCR скрининг первого и затем положительные образцы отправляются для культуры бактерий и идентификации.
