multiscale structures aggregated by imprinted nanofibers for functional surfaces

מבנים משטח multiscale משכו עניין גובר בשל מספר יישומים פוטנציאליים במכשירים משטח. אולם, מהווה אתגר הקיימים בשטח היא הזיוף של מבנים מיקרו-ננו היברידית באמצעות שיטה נתיישב חסכונית, תפוקה גבוהה. כדי להתגבר על האתגרים הללו, מאמר זה מציע פרוטוקול מחומות המבנים multiscale רק תהליך ההטבעה עם מסנן אנודי אלומיניום אוקסיד (AAO) באמצעות תהליך צבירת עצמית אויר של nanofibers. בניגוד ניסיונות קודמים יש שמטרתו ליישר את nanofibers, נדגים שיטת ייצור ייחודית multiscale nanofibers צבור עם יחס גובה-רוחב גבוה. יתר על כן, wettability של המבנים הללו על נוזלים שונים ומורפולוגיה השטח נחקרו כדי להקל על השימוש שלהם משטחים רב תכליתיים.
