Su scala nanometrica martellata strutture come le nanoparticelle, nanotubi e nanofibre hanno attirato l'attenzione della comunità scientifica, come dimostrano le caratteristiche uniche in varie applicazioni tra cui elettrici, biomedica, ottico e superficie 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8di ingegneria. In particolare, le nanofibre sono ampiamente usate in elettrodi estensibile e trasparente9, sensori indossabili10,11, interconnessioni12,13e applicazioni di nano-ottica 14. tra i vari metodi di fabbricazione di strutture su scala nanometrica, quali metodi di sol-gel, auto-assemblaggio, Litografia e replica15,16,17,18, 19,20, utilizzando un modello di replica diretti attualmente è considerato un metodo promettente perché è semplice, conveniente e applicabile a vari materiali curabile21,22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26.
Grazie alla sua struttura multiscala avendo un gran numero di pori su scala nano e micro-scala altezza, AAO è ampiamente utilizzato come modello per la fabbricazione di nanofibre e nanotubi con un alto allungamento27,28,29 , 30. Tuttavia, a causa della tensione superficiale a un alto allungamento, nanofibre tendono ad aggregare facilmente31,32,33. Ricerca esistente ha dimostrato che le nanofibre avendo un allungamento maggiore di 15:1 non stare in piedi ma invece aggregare, mentre quelli che hanno un rapporto meno di 5:1 sono singolarmente isolati senza aggregazione33,34. Forza capillare e tensione superficiale gioca un ruolo importante dopo la rimozione di allumina utilizzando un mordenzante, che è uno dei processi durante la fabbricazione di nanofibra. Quando aumenta di proporzioni, tensione superficiale tra le nanofibre tende a tirare più vicini uno a altro, causando l'aggregazione. Diversi studi si sono concentrati sui metodi per prevenire tale aggregazione35, che è osservata specialmente in polimero e nanofibre metalliche. Tra questi, idratazione della superficie nanofibra può ridurre l'agglomerazione perché quando un liquido occupa gli spazi tra le nanofibre, tensione superficiale diminuisce. Inoltre, il metodo liofilizzazione può anche ridurre l'aggregazione facendo diminuire la tensione superficiale tra le nanofibre. Tuttavia, nonostante i vari sforzi, il raddrizzamento di nanofibre con un alto allungamento rimane una sfida.
A tal fine, segnaliamo un metodo unico per la realizzazione di strutture multiscala di nanofibra aggrovigliato sfruttando il fenomeno di aggregazione in un modo positivo. Qui, la struttura di nanofibra è impresso utilizzando un filtro AAO e poliuretano-acrilato (PUA)-tipo di resine con una viscosità di 257.4 cP. Dopo Litografia di impronta nano UV (UV-NIL) viene eseguita, la muffa è inciso con una soluzione di NaOH. Per caratterizzare le strutture proposte multiscala, studiamo i comportamenti di modello del campione con nanofibre aggregate e la bagnabilità superficiale dopo opportuni trattamenti superficiali quali rivestimento con un monostrato auto-assemblato e trattamento con ozono UV . Inoltre, proponiamo che la superficie porosa multiscala può essere convertita semplicemente in una superficie scivolosa utilizza un processo di lubrificante-infuso.

Tuttavia, una sfida esistente nel campo è la fabbricazione di strutture di micro-nano ibrida utilizzando un metodo facile, conveniente e ad alta velocità. Per superare queste sfide, questo libro propone un protocollo per fabbricare strutture multiscala utilizzando solo un processo di stampa con un filtro di ossido di alluminio anodico (AAO) e un processo evaporativo auto-aggregazione di nanofibre. A differenza dei precedenti tentativi che hanno lo scopo di raddrizzare le nanofibre, dimostriamo un metodo di fabbricazione unico per aggregati multiscala nanofibre con elevati rapporti di aspetto. Inoltre, la morfologia superficiale e bagnabilità di queste strutture su vari liquidi sono stati studiati per facilitarne l'uso in superfici multifunzionali.

Abbiamo dimostrato un metodo semplice e veloce per la realizzazione di strutture multiscala nano-micro ibrido utilizzando un filtro AAO come uno stampo di imprinting.
