Nanoescala texturizado estruturas tais como nanopartículas, nanotubos e nanofibras têm atraído a atenção da comunidade científica, como eles demonstram características únicas em várias aplicações, incluindo elétrica, biomédicas, óptica e superfície 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8de engenharia. Em particular, Nanofibras são amplamente utilizadas em eletrodos stretchable e transparente9, wearable sensores10,11, interconexões12,13e aplicações de nano-óptica 14. entre os vários métodos de fabricação de estruturas em nanoescala, tais como métodos sol-gel, auto-montagem, litografia e replicação15,16,17,18, 19,20, replicação direta usando um modelo atualmente é considerado um método promissor porque é simples, econômico e aplicável a diversos materiais curável21,22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26.
Devido à sua estrutura múltipla escala tendo um grande número de poros de nano-escala e altura de micro escala, AAO é amplamente utilizado como modelo para a fabricação de nanofibras e nanotubos com uma alta proporção de27,28,29 , 30. no entanto, por causa da tensão superficial em uma alta proporção, nanofibras tendem facilmente agregar31,32,33. Pesquisa existente provou que nanofibras tendo uma proporção maior do que 15:1 não fica em pé mas ao invés de agregação, Considerando que aqueles que têm uma relação de menos de 5:1 são individualmente isolados sem agregação33,34. Para este fim, nós relatamos um método exclusivo para a fabricação de estruturas de múltipla escala de nanofibras emaranhada, explorando o fenômeno de agregação em uma maneira positiva. Aqui, a estrutura de nanofibras é impresso usando um filtro AAO e poliuretano-acrilato (PUA)-tipo de resinas com uma viscosidade de 257,4 cP. Após a litografia de impressão UV nano (UV-zero), o molde é gravado com uma solução de NaOH. Para caracterizar as estruturas de múltipla escala propostas, investigamos os comportamentos padrão da amostra com nanofibras agregadas e a molhabilidade da superfície após tratamentos de superfície apropriados como o revestimento com uma monocamada auto montado e tratamento de ozônio UV . Ao contrário das tentativas anteriores que apontam para endireitar nanofibras, vamos demonstrar um método de fabricação exclusivo para múltipla escala nanofibras agregados com altas proporções. Além disso, a morfologia superficial e molhabilidade destas estruturas em vários líquidos foram investigados para facilitar a sua utilização em superfícies multifuncionais.

Demonstrámos um método rápido e simples para a fabricação de estruturas de múltipla escala nano-micro híbrido usando um filtro AAO como um molde de impressão. Todo o processo levou 30 min (Figura 4).
