Nanoescala textura estructuras tales como nanopartículas, nanotubos y nanofibras han atraído la atención de la comunidad científica, como demuestran características únicas en diversas aplicaciones, incluyendo eléctrico, biomédico, óptico y superficie Ingeniería1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. En particular, nanofibras son ampliamente utilizados en elástico y transparente electrodos9, sensores vestibles10,11, interconexiones12,13y aplicaciones de nano-óptica 14. entre los distintos métodos de fabricación de estructuras a nanoescala, como métodos sol-gel, autoensamblaje, litografía y replicación15,16,17,18, 19,20, replicación directa mediante una plantilla se considera actualmente un método prometedor porque es simple, rentable y aplicable a diversos materiales curables21,22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26.
Debido a su estructura multiescalar tener un gran número de poros de nano-escala y altura de micro escala, AAO es ampliamente utilizada como plantilla para la fabricación de nanofibras y nanotubos con una alta proporción de28,27,29 , 30. sin embargo, debido a la tensión superficial en el tal alto cociente de aspecto, nanofibras tienden a agregar fácilmente31,32,33. La investigación existente ha demostrado que nanofibras de tener una relación de aspecto mayor que 15:1 no pare pero en lugar de otro agregado, mientras que los que tienen una relación de menos de 5:1 son individualmente aislados sin agregación33,34. Fuerza capilar y la tensión superficial juegan un papel importante en la extracción de alúmina usando un grabador, que es uno de los procesos durante la fabricación de nanofibras. Cuando aumenta la proporción de aspecto, tensión superficial entre las nanofibras tiende a sacarlos más cerca uno al otro, provocando la agregación. Varios estudios se han centrado sobre los métodos para prevenir dicha agregación35, que se observa particularmente en polímero y nanofibras metálico. Entre estos, hidratación de la superficie de nanofibras puede reducir la aglomeración porque cuando un líquido ocupa los espacios entre las nanofibras, disminuye la tensión superficial. Además, el método de liofilización también puede reducir la agregación disminuyendo la tensión superficial entre las nanofibras. Sin embargo, a pesar de varios esfuerzos, el alisado de nanofibras con un colmo cociente de aspecto sigue siendo un desafío.
Para ello, se presenta un método único para la fabricación de estructuras multiescala de nanofibras enredado explotando el fenómeno de agregación de una manera positiva. Aquí, la estructura de nanofibras se imprime usando un filtro AAO y poliuretano-acrilato (PUA)-tipo de resinas con una viscosidad de 257.4 cP. Después de realiza la litografía de impresión de nano de ultravioleta (UV-NIL), el molde está grabado con una solución de NaOH. Para caracterizar las estructuras propuestas multiescala, investigamos el comportamiento del patrón de la muestra con nanofibras de agregados y la humectabilidad superficial después del tratamiento de ozono UV y tratamientos superficiales adecuados como capa con una monocapa uno mismo-montado . Además, proponemos que la superficie porosa multi-escala puede convertirse simplemente en una superficie resbaladiza, mediante un proceso de infusión de lubricante.

Para superar estos desafíos, este trabajo propone un protocolo para fabricar estructuras multiescala utilizando sólo un proceso de impresión con un filtro de óxido de aluminio anódico (AAO) y un proceso de uno mismo-agregación de evaporación de nanofibras. A diferencia de intentos anteriores que se han destinado a enderezar nanofibras, demostramos un método de fabricación único de nanofibras multiescala de agregados con altos cocientes de aspecto. Además, la morfología superficial y la humectación de estas estructuras en varios líquidos fueron investigados para facilitar su uso en superficies multifuncionales.

Hemos demostrado un método rápido y simple para la fabricación de estructuras de multiescala nano-micro híbrido utilizando un filtro AAO como un molde de impresión.
