detection of 3-nitrotyrosine in atmospheric environments via a high-performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detector system

hplc-ecd 原理很简单。用高效液相色谱柱和流动相分离含有目标的样品, 在电化学检测器中减少和氧化分离的目标化合物。
在 hplc-ecd 系统中, 大约22分钟内检测到3-nt 峰值。ecd (pec-510 和 htec-500) 在 hplc 生产线上串联在一起。第一 ecd 减少了化合物中的羟基, 下一种方法氧化了还原的化学物质。ecd 具有 10-15 m 的高度敏感检测范围。hplc-ecd 系统的检测极限为 1.13 pg/m, 计算为10部分 x 3 的平均基部信号 (mv)。
图 4显示了代表性色谱图。通过分析纯3-nt 标准, 可以检测到具有稳定基线的确定峰 (图 4 a)。在下午7的3-nt 也测量使用6毫米, 圆形样品 (图 4b)。
在3-nt 检测能力的准确性方面, 在高效液相色谱中注入3-nt 标准时, 在20分钟的保留时间内检测到与3-nt 相对应的峰值。在 pm 样品中, 从其他物质中分离出 3-nt, 并在与标准相同的保留时间检测到独立峰。典型的标准曲线如图 5所示, 其中线性度在5到 40 nm 之间。线性度可达 500 nm (未显示数据)。
表 1显示了大气中的3-nt 含量, 计算为 pgm 3空气。在 #3 (pm7.3-4.5)中, pm2.5预过滤器中3-nt 的最高浓度。
