L-dihydroxyphenylalanine (basıncın) katekolaminler hayvanlar ve bitkiler içinde biyosentezi bulunan bir amino asittir. Belirli biyokimyasal özellikleri nedeniyle, amino asit biyokimyasal uygulamalarda birden çok faydası vardır. Bu rapor bir protokol uzarlar basıncın genetik birleşme ve protein konjugasyon için uygulama açıklar. BASINCIN bir Tirozin fenol-liyaz (TPL) katekol, pyruvate ve amonyak tarafından uzarlar olduğunu ve amino asit doğrudan bir Gelişmiş Aminoasil tRNA ve Aminoasil tRNA sentetaz çiftini kullanarak genetik birleşme yöntemi tarafından proteinlerin dahil edilmiştir.
