Her præsenterer vi en protokol til at foretage og brug folat-receptor målrettet overflade-forstærket resonans Raman spredning nanoprobes, der afslører disse læsioner med høj specificitet via ratiometric imaging. Nanoprobes er blevet administreret intraperitoneal til levende mus, og de afledte billeder korrelere godt med histologi.
