MITS에 대한 결절의 EMN 국재화 이전에, CTGL을 사용하여 염료 마킹 또는 신탁 (예를 들어, 마이크로코일, 리포이드, 후크-와이어) 배치가 일차적인 방법을 채용하였다. 신탁 현지화에 대한 46 건의 연구에 대한 최근의 메타 분석은 세 가지 신탁 모두에서 높은 성공률을 보였다. 그러나 기흉, 폐출혈 및 신탁 마커의 탈락은 심각한 합병증으로 남아있었습니다13. 메틸렌 블루를 사용한 CT 유도 트레이서 주사는 비슷한 성공률을 보였지만 후크 와이어 신탁 배치와 비교할 때 합병증이 적습니다14. 폐 결절 국소화를 위해 염료를 사용하는 주된 한계 중 하나는 시간에 따른 확산이었다15. 염료 마킹으로 CTGL을 겪고있는 환자는 방사선과 스위트에서 국소화를 수행 한 다음 수술실로 이송하여 염료 확산이 발생할 수 있으므로이 기술이 덜 매력적입니다. 일부 센터는 로봇 C-arm CTs16,17이 장착 된 하이브리드 수술실을 사용하여이 시간 경과를 완화했습니다. 그러나, 방사선 노출은 반복되는 이미지와 fluorosocope15의 사용으로 더 높을 수 있다.
