[18F]-NaF는 양전자 방출 단층 촬영 (PET) 방사선 추적기는 뼈 조직 대사의 시각화를 가능하게합니다. SUV 데이터 수집은 정적이지만, 키네틱 모델링은 트레이서 레벨이 지속적으로 획득되어 시간적 차원을 제공하는 동적 이미지 데이터를 활용합니다.  동적 데이터의 보다 복잡한 운동 모델링에서 이미지 데이터의 측정된 활동과 관련하여 트레이서 역학의 정량적 값과 유익한 메트릭을 추출할 수 있습니다. 동적 운동 모델링에 사용되는 샘플 2조직 구획 모델은 도 17에나타내고 있습니다.  C p는 혈장 내의 트레이서의 농도인 반면 Ce 및 Ct는 각각 표적 뼈 매트릭스에서 언바운드 간질 공간 및 바운드 트레이서의 농도를 나타낸다. K1, k2, k3, k4는 트레이서 세척 및 결합에 대한 운동 모델을 설명하는 4개의 속도 파라미터입니다.
