Den nuværende undersøgelse beskriver en zebrafisk embryo model for in vivo visualisering og intravital analyse af biomateriale-associerede infektion over tid baseret på Fluorescens mikroskopi. Denne model er en lovende system som supplement til pattedyr dyremodeller såsom musemodeller for at studere biomateriale-associerede infektioner in vivo.
