このグラフェン液体セルは、液体電解質中のこれらのダイナミクスの透過電子顕微鏡検査を可能にする。このようなダイナミクスは、リチウムイオン電池の動作機構の豊富な情報を提供し、高度なバッテリデバイスの設計に貢献することができます。グラフェン液電池の利点は、液体電解質中のTEMイメージングが良好な空間分解能および高いイメージングコントラストを提供できることである。画像の優れた品質に加えて、それはまた、様々な形態相および界面遷移の情報を提供することができます。プロトコルを書いただけで、多くの技術的な手順が手作業で行われるため、この方法に従うことは困難です。スキルの多くは、忍耐の使用が強く推奨されている精度と精度を必要とします。すべてのプロトコルを正しくフォローしても、グラフェンとグラフェンの転送グリッドの処理が困難であるため、実験に失敗する可能性があります。まず、付随するテキストプロトコルに記載されているようにエレクトロスピニング溶液を準備します。10ミリリットルの注射器に移し、25ゲージの針で注射器を装備します。その後、ターゲットを洗浄します。長方形の軟質ステンレス鋼を取り、脱イオン水で洗浄し、エタノールを続けます。このプロセスを 2 ~ 5 回繰り返します。きれいにしたら、空気が10分間摂氏60度で鋼を乾燥させます。乾いたら、柔軟なステンレス鋼をテープでドラマーに固定します。次に、エレクトロスピニングコントローラソフトウェアを開き、毎分10マイクロリットルの流量を入力し、5ミリリットルの総溶液量を必要とする。25ゲージの針でシリンジをエレクトロスピニング装置に固定し、テープを使用して所定の位置に固定します。エレクトロスピニング溶液が25ゲージ針を通ってよく流れるまで、スポイトをコレクターに向かって押します。次に、針の先端をコレクターにも接続されているダブルエンドのワニクリップに接続します。エレクトロスピニングプログラムを開始する前に、ローラーをオンにして、コレクタを100 rpmで回転させます。次に、エレクトロスピニングプログラムソフトウェアを起動します。回転が始まったら、印加電圧を16キロボルトに変調して、テーラーコーンが形成されるようにします。エレクトロスピニングプロセスが終了したら、柔軟なステンレス鋼の紡績ナノファイバーをカミソリでスクラップし、アルミナボックスに移します。その後、ボックス炉にアルミナボックスを挿入し、ボックス炉の熱処理条件を設定します。焼成後、炉を摂氏50度に冷却し、焼成したナノチューブをガラスバイアルに移します。まず、電極スラリーを準備します。ガラス基板上の銅箔の上側に置き、鋳造ローラーを使用して約60ミクロンの厚さに均等にキャストします。その後、スラリー鋳造ホイルを摂氏60度で10分間空気乾燥させます。乾いたら、ビニール袋の中に密封して、セルアセンブリの準備ができるまで貼ります。セルアセンブリを開始するには、対流オーブンを摂氏150度に加熱し、スラリーキャスト銅箔をオーブンに入れます。銅箔の酸化を避けながら、回転ポンプを使用してオーブン内の真空を引き出し、スラリー中の残留溶媒を乾燥させます。スラリーキャスト銅箔を摂氏150度で2時間加熱した後、真空ラインを閉じ、ロータリーポンプでベントラインを開けてチャンバーを開き、対流オーブンに空気を補充します。その後、チャンバーからスラリーキャスト銅箔を取り出し、サークルパンチャーでそれをパンチ。パンチスラリー鋳造銅箔の重量を量る。電池セルのアセンブリに半分のセルを使用し、スラリーキャスト銅箔を電池セルの底に置きます。その後、グローブボックスのアンティチャンバーにサンプルを転送します。アンティチャンバーを30分間真空にしてから、サンプルをグローブボックス内に移します。グローブボックスでは、底部の電池セルから始まり、次にスラリーキャスト銅箔、セパレータ、ガスケット、スペーサー、スプリング、そして最後に、上部の電池セルを組み立てます。コンパクターを使用して、バッテリセルを完全なバッテリセルに圧縮します。次に、グローブボックスのアンティチャンバーにバッテリーセルを移動します。真空が解放されたら、グローブボックスから電池セルを取り出します。室温でバッテリーを1~2日間充電します。次に、バッテリセルテスターにセルを挿入します。適切な電流を計算し、バッテリセルテスタープログラムを使用して各バッテリセルに適切な電流を適用します。まず、化学気相堆積でグラフェンを合成し、ハサミを使用してグラフェンで銅箔を3ミリメートル四方に3ミリメートルにカットします。2枚のガラススライドの間に4つの銅箔片を置き、それらを平らにするために押します。次に、銅箔の各部分に完全にカーボンゴールドグリッドを配置します。金格銅箔コンボにイソプロピルアルコールの20マイクロリットルをドロップします。その後、アルコールを取り除き、50°Cでサンプルを5分間乾燥させます。次に、6センチのガラスペトリ皿をイソプロピルアルコールと脱イオン水で洗浄し、シリコン粒子との汚染を避けます。その後、0.1モルの過硫酸アンモニウムを10ミリリットル加え、銅箔をエッチングします。サンプルを溶液中に6時間インキュベートします。白金のループを使用して、脱イオン水で満たされたガラスペトリ皿に金のグリッドを移動し、エッチングから残りの汚染物質を完全に取り除くために摂氏50度に加熱します。その後、グリッドを取り外し、室温で6時間乾燥させます。1.3モルリチウム六フッ化物とエチレンカーボネートとジエチレンカーボネートからなる10ミリリットルの電解質にナノチューブ粉末0.06グラムをフルオロエチレンカーボネートの10重量%で3〜7体積比で分散させて、電解質とナノチューブ混合物を調製します。次に、グラフェンを移動したグリッドと電解質混合物を、アルゴンで満たされたグローブボックスに移動します。セルを組み立てるには、まず 1 つのグリッドを底に配置します。次に、電解質混合物の20マイクロリットルを底グリッドに落とします。電解質が乾燥する前に、すぐにピンセットのペアを使用して、下部グリッドの上に別のグリッドを配置します。グローブボックス内のサンプルを30分間乾燥させ、その間に液体が乾燥する2枚のグラフェンシートの間に自発的に封入されます。エレクトロスピニングとその後の焼成によって作製された酸化スズナノチューブをSEM画像でここに示す。TEMは、このような多孔質部位がより視覚的に明らかであることを示し、ナノチューブ内の多数の白い斑点によって示される。これは、酸化スズivの結晶構造が多結晶カシサイトライト構造であるためである。酸化スチンの電気化学的特性の点では、充放電プロファイルは、初期クーロン効率67.8%の安定した電圧プロファイルを示し、0.9ボルトに存在する電圧高原は、2相反応に起因する可能性があります。酸化スチンナノチューブは、98%以上のクーロン効率を有する1グラム当たり500ミリアンペアで安定したサイクリングを示すだけでなく、ナノチューブは1グラム当たり1,000ミリアンペアの高電流密度でもかなりの容量を保持します。グラフェン液体細胞の時系列TEMビデオは、サイズが300〜400ナノメートルの範囲の複数の液体ポケットで示しています。一定の電子線照射を通じて、溶存した電子とラジカルは塩と溶媒との二次反応を引き起こす。ここで、初期段階で電解質の分解とSEI層の形成が観察された。グラフェンとTEMグリッドを扱う際には、細心の注意を払ってください。グラフェンとグリッドを適切に処理しないと、簡単に損傷を受ける可能性があります。細胞アセンブリでは、電解質が細胞から出ないように細胞をしっかりと圧縮することが重要です。この手順は、ナトリウムイオン電池、マグネシウムイオン電池、二次イオン電池のダイナミクスの観察にも利用できます。
