1. pm 数字监控

</ol>5. 生物气溶胶取样和培养

composition and distribution analysis of bioaerosols under different environmental conditions

我们使用安徒生六级取样器研究了空气中的可培养细菌。如图 3所示, 减少了 i-vi 期颗粒的可培养细菌的菌落数量。第一阶段颗粒 (粒径 > 8.2μm) 的可培养细菌菌落最多。在农家房、怀孕母猪房、养肥屋、断奶房等四种不同类型的猪舍中, i 期菌落的比例分别为33%、30%、26% 和34%。四种不同类型猪排的 ii 期菌落比例分别为20%、22%、19% 和20%。在四种不同类型的猪排中, iii 期菌落的比例分别为18%、18%、18% 和19%。四种不同类型猪排的第四期菌落比例分别为17%、16%、16% 和16%。四种不同类型猪排的 v 期菌落比例分别为10%、10%、14% 和6%。第六阶段颗粒 (粒径 < 1.0μm) 的可培养细菌菌落最少。四种不同类型猪排的 vi 期菌落比例分别为3%、5%、6% 和5%。
