Ce protocole utilise une approche sans tache de visualiser et d’isoler les cellules de Purkinje dans les tissus frais congelés de cervelet humain post-mortem par microdissection de saisie de laser. Ce protocole vise à produire des quantités suffisantes d’ARN de haute qualité pour RNA-sequencing.
