Este protocolo utiliza uma abordagem de mancha-livre para visualizar e isolar as células de Purkinje no tecido fresco congelado do cerebelo humano post mortem através do laser microdissection de captura. O propósito do presente protocolo é gerar quantidades suficientes de RNA de alta qualidade para a sequenciação do ARN.
