Ce protocole décrit une méthode efficace pour synthétiser une nanoémulsion d’un conjugué de la teneur en acide oléique acids-platinum(II) stabilisé avec un tripeptide lysine-tyrosine-phénylalanine (KYF). Les formes nanoémulsion dans des conditions douces synthétiques par auto-assemblage de la KYF et le conjugué.
