Ein Maus-Modell der zerebralen Ischämie-Reperfusion wird gegründet, um die Pathophysiologie des Schlaganfalls zu untersuchen. Wir nach distal verbinden rechts mittlere zerebrale Arterie und rechts gemeinsame Halsschlagader und Blutfluss nach 10 oder 40 min der Ischämie wiederherstellen.
