1. 样品制备和退火

如果不清楚疲劳断裂机理所伴随的物理过程, 就不可能对疲劳裂纹在多晶金属材料中的扩展等复杂过程进行有效的建模。研究界的一项重大工作是利用目视观察和统计分析研究疲劳裂纹扩展问题。由于实验技术的局限性, 目前主要采用理论方法对小疲劳裂纹扩展行为进行了研究。sfc 的异常疲劳裂纹扩展率阻滞通常与晶界 (gb)4、5、6、7、8、9有关。不过, 证监会增长异常的原因仍在讨论中。用离散位错法进行理论建模得到的结果表明, 由于疲劳裂纹尖端产生的位错影响疲劳裂纹扩展速率, 形成了位错壁, 或形成了短的低角晶界 10 ,11,12,13。直到最近, 小疲劳裂纹扩展行为的精确实验分析还面临着挑战。实验观测是基于物理原理的计算模型的发展所必需的。
为了在微观尺度上分析循环材料的变形行为, 最好使用标准的机械试验设备进行循环加载时的全场变形测量, 空间分辨率至少为在微观结构的特征长度刻度以下的数量级。为了了解疲劳裂纹扩展速率的变化, 测量的应变场往往与电子背散射衍射 (ebsd) 测量的材料微观结构有关。carrol 等人14 提供了一个定量的, 全场的现场, 测量塑料应变附近的增长长疲劳裂纹在镍基超级合金, 显示不对称裂片在塑料尾部的传播疲劳裂纹。在较高的放大倍率下, 电子显微镜数字图像相关性 (dic) 揭示了与滑移带应变定位相关的应变不均匀性, 双边界和晶界影响疲劳裂纹扩展行为。然而, 所采用的原位测量方法不能在疲劳裂纹扩展过程中捕获应变场。采用原位 dic 对商业纯度镍 (99.6%) 进行了长疲劳裂纹扩展过程中塑性钝化的实验研究。结果表明, 沿裂纹前延伸的滑移带以剪切为主要的塑性变形积累, 相对于裂纹扩展方向倾斜。在滑移带处观察到的应变定位可能是由过载引起的, 因为低应力强度因子值导致变形的混合性质 (剪切和正常应变)14,15。粗粒铝合金16和双相钢17在亚晶粒水平上分布异质应变场, 其中位错滑移系统的活化与施密德定律16 有关,17岁。

full-field strain measurements for microstructurally small fatigue crack propagation using digital image correlation method

变形场很容易与晶界图像结合, 以全面描述造成小疲劳裂纹异常生长行为的特征 (见图 5)。对变形场、微观结构、裂纹扩展速率和裂纹路径的累积分析揭示了小裂纹扩展率的阻滞与剪切应变定位区18的积累之间的关系。
