Vi introducerer en halvautomatisk protokol til form analyse af hjernestrukturer, herunder billedsegmentering ved hjælp af åben software, og yderligere gruppe-klog form analyse ved hjælp af en automatiseret modellering pakke. Her demonstrerer vi hvert trin i 3D-form analyse protokollen med hippocampus segmentering fra Brain Mr images.
