뇌 구조의 모양 분석은 신경 퇴행성 질환 및 노화1과같은 병리학 적 과정에서 자신의 형태 학적 변화를 조사하는 바람직한 도구로 부상했다. 다양한 계산 방법은 1) 의료 이미지로부터 대상 구조의 경계를 정확하게 묘사하고, 2) 3D 표면 메쉬의 형태로 대상 형상을 재구성하고, 3) 형상 매개변수화 또는 표면 등록을 통해 개별 형상 모델에 대한 피사체 간 대응을 구축하고, 4) 개인 또는 그룹 간의 지역 형상 차이를 정량적으로 평가하는 데 요구된다. 지난 몇 년 동안, 많은 방법은 이러한 단계의 각각에 대 한 신경 이미징 연구에서 도입 되었습니다. 그러나, 분야에서 놀라운 발전에도 불구하고, 연구에 즉시 적용 할 수있는 많은 프레임 워크가 없습니다. 이 문서에서는 사용자 지정 모양 모델링 도구와 공개적으로 사용 가능한 이미지 세분화 도구를 사용하여 뇌 구조의 모양 분석의 각 단계를 설명합니다.
