该系统使用市售GRBL控制的CNC定位装置（材料表）进行测试。该特定定位平台的工作距离为 600*840*140 mm，制造商指示的精度为 +/- 0.05 mm，可编程分辨率为 0.005 mm。 GRBL 是开源（GPLv3 许可证），用于 CNC 的高性能运动控制设备。因此，每个基于 GRBL 的定位设备（版本 > 1.1）都应与此处提供的指南和软件包兼容。此外，该软件可以适应其他步进电机控制器STEP-DIR输入类型，很少修改。

GRBL 设备由安装在单板计算机上的 Web 服务器控制（图 1）。这授予从任何具有本地网络或 Internet 访问权限的计算机对设备的远程控制。OCT 设备由单独的计算机控制，允许 OCT 系统在自动实验设置之外运行。最后，软件包包括用于同步 OCT 探头定位和 OCT 扫描采集的库（即，以镶嵌模式或一组定义位置自动获取 3D 成像数据集）。在 3D 中有效地定义 OCT 探头的位置，可以针对（区域）扫描集调整焦平面。具体而言，在不平坦的表面上，可以为每个 OCT 扫描指定不同的焦平面（即 z 方向的不同位置）。
