Denne protokollen beskriver optimaliserings prosedyrer i en virus BAS ert dual fluorescens-merket tumor xenograft modell ved hjelp av larvestadiet sebrafisk som verter. Denne heterogene xenograft modellen etterligner vev sammensetningen av bukspyttkjertelkreft mikromiljøet in vivo og fungerer som et mer presist verktøy for å vurdere narkotika responser i personlig zPDX (sebrafisk pasient-avledet xenograft) modeller.
