극성 및 비극성 대사 산물 극성 분획의 GCMS 분석에 기초하여, 65개의 대사산물이 아미노산, 핵산, 당분해의 중간체, 글루코네오제네시스, 트리카르복실산 주기, 펜토오스 인산 통로 및 폴리아민을포함하는 비고(그림 3A)를 포함하였다. 지질을 함유하는 중성단계의 LCMS 분석은 다양한 지질군, 즉 포스파티딜리체롤, 포스파티딜레탄올라민, 설포퀴노보실 디아실글리세롤을 포함하는 204개의 뚜렷한 지질 종의 확인으로 이어졌으며, 모노갈락토실디아실글리세롤, 디갈락토실디아실글리체롤, 디아실틸트리메틸호세린, 지방산, 디아실글리세라이드 및 트리아실글리세라이드. 세포 주기에 걸쳐 대사 산물 및 지질에 있는 글로벌 교대를 구상하기 위하여는, 주요 성분 분석 (PCA)가 이용되었습니다.
