金ナノ粒子は、ナノ粒子1、2、3、4のサイズおよび形状に応じて、特徴的な光学的特性および局在性表面プラズモン共鳴 (LSPRs) を有する。さらに、金ナノ粒子は、プラズモニック光触媒反応を顕著に増強することができる5。金ナノ粒子を用いた樹状 nanoforests 積層は、その注目すべき比表面積と強い LSPR 強化のためにかなりの注目を受けている6,7,8,9 、10、11、12、13。
錫は非常に硬いセラミック材料であり、熱、化学、および機械的安定性に優れています。錫は特徴的な光学的特性を有しており、可視近赤外光14,15のプラズモニックアプリケーションに使用できます。研究は、スズが Au ナノ構造体16と同様に電磁界拡張を生成できることを示した。銅17または銀18,19,20の塗布用錫基質への堆積が実証されている。しかし、Au/TiN 複合材料を応用した研究はほとんど行われていない。Shiao et al. は最近、photoelectrochemical 細胞21および化学分解22のための Au DNFs/錫複合材料の潜在的応用を示した。

このプロトコルは、チタン窒化珪素コーティングシリコン基板上に金樹状ナノフォレストを調製するための簡単で迅速な電解蒸着法です。この技術の主な利点は、そのシンプルさとスピードです。金樹状ナノフォレストは、プラスモニックホットスポットを誘発し、プラスモニック光触媒反応を高めることができます。銀などの合金金属の樹状ナノフォレストを調製するためにもこの手順を使用することができる。ビデオ デモでは、実験で重要な詳細を強調することが容易になります。手順を開始するには、n型シリコンウエハの10 2を2センチメートルで切ります。シリコンサンプルをアセトン、イソプロピルアルコール、および脱イオン水でそれぞれ5分間順応します。サンプルを窒素ガスの流れの下で5分間乾燥させます。次に、清潔で乾燥したシリコンサンプルをサンプルホルダーに入れ、ホルダーをHiPIMSサンプルチャンバーに入れます。直径4インチのチタンターゲットをHiPIMSスパッタリングカソードに配置し、HiPIMSチャンバーをマイナス6トルまで8倍の10倍にポンプダウンします。シリコンサンプルにチタンの50ナノメートルの考える層を堆積させます。次いで、窒化チタンを析出し、約300ナノメートルの全窒化チタン厚を達成した。窒化チタン蒸着が完了したら、1モルクロロアウリン酸240マイクロリットル、6~1緩衝酸化物エッチングの8ミリリットル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン容器に15.76ミリリットルの脱イオン水を組み合わせます。1つの基質をクロロウリン酸溶液に正確に3分間浸し、脱イオン水で洗浄します。サンプルを窒素ガスの流れの下で乾燥させ、摂氏120度で5分間インキュベートします。残りの窒化チタン被覆基板のそれぞれについて、このプロセスを繰り返します。サンプル調製が完了したら、走査型電子顕微鏡とX線回折でサンプルを特徴付けます。X線分光法のエネルギー分散により、窒化チタン被覆シリコン表面上に金の構造が成長していたことが確認された。シリコンウエハに堆積した窒化チタンフィルムは、滑らかで均一であった。成長溶液にサンプルを配置してから1分以内に、ウニに似たいくつかの大きな核を持つ小さな金核がサンプル全体に現れました。1本の木のような構造は3分間の成長の後に観察され、5分間の成長の後に分岐が起こった。10分後、樹状ナノフォレストは亜硝酸チタン表面全体を覆った。15分後、樹状ナノフォレストは密で、約5マイクロメートルの厚さでした。金の樹状ナノフォレストの厚さは、合成時間とともに直線的に増加することが判明した。X線回折における金のピークも時間の経過とともに増加し、チタン亜硝酸信号は合成が進むにつれて消失した。この手順を試みる際に覚えておくべき最も重要なことは、組成物の速度および溶液のPHであり、また、沈着法に影響を及ぼす。DMFやシリカシリコンなどの亜硝酸チタン被覆基板、従来のガラス、ITOガラス、FDOガラスなど様々な用途に製造することが可能です。金のDNFが十分に病気であれば、チタン亜硝酸シリコン基板から金色のDOFを取り除くのは簡単なので、サンプルを取り扱うときには注意が必要です。フッ化水素を含む緩衝酸化物エッチを扱う際は、必ず個人用保護具を着用してください。
