他のセルタイプおよびコロニージオメトリへのメソッドの適応性

考慮すべきもう一つの重要な要因は、実験の長さと細胞の増殖速度です。一部の急速に増殖する細胞タイプ(多能性細胞を含む)では、何日もマイクロパターン上の細胞を維持することは困難な場合があります(mESCの場合は3日間が最大です)。また、マイクロパターン上の細胞の播種は、常にすべてのコロニーに最適に発生するとは限らないので、スペアを持つためにコロニーの過剰を播種することをお勧めします。
パターン検出方法の利点と限界
