리포폴리사카라이드(LPS)는 그람 음성 박테리아의 외막에서 발견되는 내독소1. LPS는 톨형 수용체 4(TLR4)/CD14/MD2 수용체 복합체 2에대해 높은 결합 친화도를 가지는다.
