この手順では、頭蓋骨を露出させ、イメージングセッション中に頭部を安定させるために軽量ヘッドプレートを配置する簡単で最小限に侵襲的な手術が必要です。トレーサーは、頭蓋骨に穴をあけたり、ピペットまたはカニューレ9、20で皮質組織を貫通することなく、CMに送達することができます。CMカニューレとヘッドプレートの両方が数日間安定したままで、古典的なエンドポイントビジュアライゼーションと比較して、より複雑な実験設計を容易にします。このプロトコルは、麻酔/睡眠または覚醒マウスのCMに蛍光CSFトレーサーの急性または慢性注射後のリンパ系機能を研究するために経頭蓋マクロスコピックイメージングを使用する方法を説明する。
