온도 조절 대류에서 진동및 분기의 효과를 이해하는 것은 우주의 강한 비선형 흐름에 대한 연구에 중요합니다. 제한된 공간 자원과 조건으로 인해 실험 적 탑재량은 크기가 작고 무게가 가볍고 진동 방지 능력을 가져야합니다. 액체 표면 유지 보수 및 거품없이 액체 주입과 같은 공간 기술 혁신은 유체 물리학에서 미세 중력 실험의 기술적 능력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있습니다.대류 전이, 온도 진동 및 액체의 표면 변형을 관찰하려면 열전대적외선 열화상 카메라 및 변위 센서를 사용해야 합니다. 절차를 시연하는 것은 내 실험실에서 기술자 인 왕지아, 우 디, 후 량입니다. 직경 4밀리미터의 내부 반경과 직경 20밀리미터의 외부 반경과 12mm높이의 구리 환상 액체 풀을 구성하는 것으로 시작합니다.액체 풀의 바닥으로 20mm 직경의 폴리설폰 플레이트를 사용하고, 액체 주입 구멍으로 플레이트의 중심에서 6밀리미터 떨어진 작은 2밀리미터 직경의 구멍을 뚫습니다. 내부 및 외부 측면 벽에 45도 각도의 날카로운 모서리를 추가하고 내부 및 외부 벽에 크리프 방지 액체를 12mm 이상의 높이로 적용합니다. 다음으로, 적절한 저점도 실리콘 오일을 작동 유체로 선택하고 액체를 섭씨 60도로 가열합니다.오일에서 가스를 배출하려면 6시간 동안 150개 미만의 압력 파스칼을 적용한 다음 압력이 200파스칼 이하로 도달할 때까지 액체 저장 시스템의 진공 청소기를 진공 청소합니다. 그런 다음 실리콘 오일이 가스없이 진공 실린더를 채울 수 있도록 밸브를 완화합니다. 작동 액체에 대한 사출 시스템을 설정하려면 스텝 모터를 선택하여 액체의 주입 및 흡입을 구동하고 솔레노이드 밸브를 적용하여 사출 시스템의 온/오프 스위치를 제어합니다.범용 조인트를 사용하여 스텝 모터를 액체 실린더에 연결하고 4mm 외경 파이프를 사용하여 액체 실린더, 솔레노이드 밸브 및 사출 구멍을 연속적으로 연결합니다. 측정 시스템을 설정하려면 그림에 나와 같이 6개의 열전대를 액체 풀 내부에 배치하여 다른 지점에서 온도를 측정합니다. 적외선 카메라를 액체 표면 바로 위에 놓고 렌즈를 회전하여 초점을 조정하고 액체가 없는 표면에서 온도 필드 정보를 수집합니다.변위 센서를 조정하여 액체 표면에 대한 특정 관심 지점의 변위를 측정하고 CCD 카메라를 사용하여 액체 표면에 집중합니다. 그런 다음 자유 표면의 변화를 기록합니다. 실험을 시작하려면 실험 제어 소프트웨어를 시작하고 전원 버튼을 켭니다.액체 주입을 수행하려면 솔레노이드 밸브에 12볼트를 적용하여 밸브를 엽니다. 다음으로 모터 버튼을 켜서 2.059밀리미터의 단계에서 모터를 시작하여 10, 305 밀리리터의 실리콘 오일을 액체 풀에 주입합니다. 모든 오일이 전달되면 솔레노이드 밸브 전원을 끄면 솔레노이드 밸브를 닫습니다.선형 가열을 수행하려면 가열 대상 온도를 섭씨 50도, 냉각 대상 온도를 섭씨 15도로 설정하고 가열 속도를 분당 섭씨 0.5도로 설정합니다. 데이터 수집의 경우 적외선 이미거의 샘플링 주파수를 7.5 헤르츠로 설정하고, 열전대 주파수 및 변위 센서를 20 헤르츠로, CCD 주파수를 24 헤르츠로 설정합니다. 모든 매개 변수가 설정된 경우 데이터 수집 시스템 단추를 클릭하고 컴퓨터 소프트웨어에 대한 온도, 변위 및 기타 관심 정보를 모니터링합니다.분석이 끝나면 전원을 끕니다. 이러한 실험 모델 및 측정 방법은 SJ-10 위성의 이 탑재하중에 통합되었습니다. 표면 파 열수체 대류에 대한 23 개의 미세 중력 실험이 완료됩니다.열모세혈관 대류의 액체가 없는 표면에서 온도 분포의 이러한 적외선 열 화상에서, 방사형 진동및 시계 방향 및 반시계 방향으로 및 반시계 방향으로 둘레 회전을 포함하여 다양한 진동 흐름 패턴을 관찰할 수 있다. 본 대표적인 실험에서, 유체 내부의 온도는 온도 차가 증가함에 따라 선형적으로 증가했으며, 온도 차가 일정 임계값을 초과하면 온도필드가 주기적으로 변동하여 온도 조절 상태로 유지된 온도 조절성 상태로 열모도열피 대류가 개발되었음을 나타낸다. 또한, 진동 온도의 진폭은 유동장이 진화함에 따라 증가했으며, 이 스펙트럼 분석에 나타난 바와 같이, 중요한 진동 주파수가 0.064 헤르츠임을 나타냈다.소규모 지상 시스템의 부력 대류가 약화되었지만, 흐름은 여전히 열모도피 및 부력 대류의 결합이었고, 우주 실험 결과에서 다른 결과가 관찰된 결과와 비교하여 지상 실험에서 얻은 결과와 비교되었다. 변위 센서에 의해 측정된 액체 없는 표면에 대한 많은 변형 데이터와 열전대에서 측정된 유체의 온도 데이터를 비교하여, 또한 유체의 표면 변형 및 온도 장이 동시에 동시에 진동하기 시작했다는 것을 관찰하였다. 이 두 가지 핵심 기술, 유체 표면의 유지 보수 및 거품 형성없이 액체의 주입은 실험 공간 연구에서 필수적인 역할을합니다.우리는 현재의 작품이 이러한 기술을 시도하는 데 관심이있는 시청자에게 과학적 근거와 기술 적 지원을 제공 할 수 있기를 바랍니다.
