L'immunoprecipitazioni quantitativa multiplex (QMI) utilizza la citometria di flusso per rilevare sensitivemente le differenze nell'abbondanza di interazioni mirate proteina-proteina tra due campioni. QMI può essere eseguita utilizzando una piccola quantità di biomateriale, non richiede tag geneticamente ingegnerizzati e può essere adattato per qualsiasi rete di interazione proteica definita in precedenza.
