Een nieuwe revalidatie methode wordt voorgesteld voor het opnieuw balanceren van het vestibulaire systeem bij patiënten met asymmetrische responsen, die bestaat uit unidirectionele rotaties naar de zwakkere kant. Door het direct wijzigen van de vestibulaire traject in plaats van het verbeteren van de multisensorische aspecten van compensatie, asymmetrie kan worden genormaliseerd binnen 1-2 sessies en blijvende effecten vertonen.
