Se presenta un nuevo método de rehabilitación para reequilibrar el sistema vestibular en pacientes con respuestas asimétricas, que consiste en rotaciones unidireccionales hacia el lado más débil. Al modificar directamente la vía vestibular en lugar de mejorar los aspectos multisensoriales de la compensación, la asimetría se puede normalizar dentro de 1-2 sesiones y mostrar efectos duraderos.
