在本研究中，以DCAF1为例，我们展示了DCAF分子的合成和DCAF与其共生抗体相互作用的检测方案。DCAF1由NCL方法11、12、13、14半合成，将Fc-III肽的氢化物衍生物和表达的联结剂-抗原部分结合在一起。NCL 方法在 DCAF1 合成中具有与完全化学合成和完全重组表达的显著优势，因为这两种方法都会导致低产量和高成本。目前的方法不仅是获得全长DCAF的最经济有效的方法，而且还可以保持链接器部件的构象，类似于其原生形式。由于不同的DCAF分子除了抗原部分具有相似的序列，我们的DCAF1合成方法和DCAF1和4G2抗体之间的相互作用测定也可以应用于其他DCAF分子，以靶向块状阻滞其共性抗体。
