金属対ガラスシールは、学際的な知識(力学、材料、電気工学など)を組み合わせた高度な技術であり、航空宇宙1、原子力エネルギー2、および生物医学アプリケーションに広く適用されています。3.有機材料シール構造に比べて高い温度と圧力耐久性などのユニークな利点があります。熱膨張係数(CTE)の違いにより、MTGSは一致シールと不一致シール4の2種類に分けられます。一致したシールに関しては、金属のCTE(α金属)とシールガラス(αガラス)は、シール材料の熱応力を低減するためにほぼ同じです。しかし、過酷な環境(高温および高圧)でシール構造の良好な気密性と機械的堅牢性を保つために、不一致のシールは、一致したシールよりも優れた性能を表示します。α金属とαガラスの違いにより、MTGS構造のアニーリング工程後のシールガラスに残留応力が発生します。残留応力が大きすぎる場合(閾値を超えても)、シールガラスには亀裂などの小さな欠陥が表示されます。残留応力が小さすぎると、シールガラスは気密性を失います。その結果、残留応力の値は重要な測定である。
MTGS構造における残留応力の分析は、世界中の多くのグループの研究の関心を喚起しています。軸および放射状応力の数値モデルは、薄いシェル理論5に基づいて構築された。有限要素法は、アニーリングプロセス後のMTGS構造のグローバルストレス分布を得るために適用され、これは実験結果6,7と一致した。しかし、小型化や電磁干渉の制限により、多くの高度なセンサはこのような状況には適していません。MTGのシール材中の残留応力を測定するインデントクラック長さ法が報告された。しかし、この方法は破壊的であり、ガラスの応力変化のリアルタイムオンラインモニタリングを達成することができませんでした。
ファイバーブラッググレーティング(FBG)センサーは小型(約100μm)で、電磁干渉や過酷な環境に対して耐性があります8。また、繊維の成分はシールガラス(SiO2)と類似しているので、FBGセンサはシール材の密閉性や絶縁性に影響を与えありません。FBGセンサは複合構造物9、10、11における残留応力測定に適用されており、その結果、良好な測定精度と信号応答を示した。同時温度および応力測定は1つの光ファイバ12、13上の繊維ブラッグ格子配列によって達成され得る。
本研究では、FBGセンサに基づく新しいプロトコルを実証する。特別なMTGS構造のための適切な準備はMTGS構造のよい気体を保障するために最高熱温度を調節することによって調査された。FBGセンサーは熱処理の後にFBGおよびガラスを一緒に融合する密封ガラスの準備された道に埋め込まれる。そして、FBGのブラッグ波長シフトにより残留応力を得ることができる。FBGセンサーが付いているMTGS構造は高温および高圧環境の下で置かれ、負荷の変化の下で残りの応力のオンライン監視を達成する。本研究では、FBGセンサを用いてMTS構造を作り出す詳細な手順を概説する。結果は、この新しいプロトコルの実現可能性を示し、MTGS構造の故障診断の基礎を確立する。
