유방암 관련 림프부종(BCRL)은 림프절 전이를 가진 유방암 환자의 약 20-80%에서 후두절 수술 및/또는 방사선 요법 후 발생하는 상지에서의 유체 보유(N>1)1,2,3. 이 조건은 후속 감소 된 기능, 동반 질환, 좌절, 불안 및 우울증의 위험 증가와 사지의 붓기 결과4,5. BCRL은 현재 수술 후 9 년까지 발생할 수 있다는 점을 감안할 때 유방암 생존자를위한 오랜 위협으로 간주됩니다6.
