本文提出了一种说明集面形态学对ITZ微观结构的影响的协议。通过数字图像处理对SEM-BSE图像进行了定量分析,获得了ITZ的孔隙度梯度,并进一步采用了K-均值聚类算法,建立了孔隙梯度与表面粗糙度的关系。
